Accommodation

BIGMUN takes place in Birkerød, Denmark, a short train ride from Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen (København). There is a variety of accommodation available for participants at BIGMUN 2014, including host families, hotels and hostels in the closest vicinity to the conference location. MUN Directors attending BIGMUN 2014 can choose to stay with a teacher from Birkerød Gymnasium itself for the duration of the conference.

Should your MUN group be in the need of accommodation please make use of the list below with suggestions of bed & breakfast accommodation, hotels and hostels. Host Families

The accommodation offered at BIGMUN includes host families which are located in the closest vicinity of the conference location. This is provided by the students of Birkerød Gymnasium. And additional €10 is to be paid for host accomodation. Our host families are happy to take care of our delegates for the four nights of the conference (19th of February – 23rd February 2014). Should delegates wish to stay with their hosts for further nights, please write to us and we will do our best to make this possible. Get the Host Family Request Form here.
