Data Policy
At BIGMUN we photograph and videotape many of the activities taking place throughout the conference.
The pictures are taken with the purpose of marketing and informing a broader audience about BIGMUN by uploading them on our website/social media and including them in printed publications.
This, of course, means that pictures/videos of you may appear on said platforms.
We are unable to remove pictures of you from printed publications after they have been printed, however, if you find a picture of yourself in any of our electronic media and want it removed, feel free to contact us at;
