BIGMUN Bus Service
A Transport Fee of €60 is required for use of this service. Please note that the BIGMUN Bus Service is not available for delegations being hosted.
All delegations will make their own way to Birkerød Gymnasium on the day of the opening ceremony. Members of Staff will be waiting at the station to guide you to the school. For details on how to get to the conference, please visit our Getting to BIGMUN page here.
Delegations staying in Copenhagen can use the BIGMUN Bus Service to get to the conference in the mornings on Thursday through Sunday (both days included). In the evenings, the buses will also return delegations back to Copenhagen. On Saturday the 24th the buses will depart later in the evening to take delegations home after the social event in the evening.
On the final day of the conference, Sunday the 25th, the BIGMUN Bus Service will also provide transport to Central Copenhagen and Copenhagen Airport, to those who have paid for the BIGMUN Bus Service and to those who were hosted.
Please note that teachers/ MUN directors/ chaperones wishing to be provided with the BIGMUN Bus Service must also pay the Transport Fee of €60
The BIGMUN Bus Service has two stops: one in the Kongens Nytorv area and the other next to Tivoli Gardens (both of which are very central). Specific departure times will be released closer to the conference.
