Panel Session

“The impact of intervention,

media, and technology on conflicts”

At BIGMUN 2025, we are proudly anticipating our Panel Session which will take place on Friday the 21st of February (9:15 - 10:30). This year, the session's focus revolves around the impact of intervention, media, and technology on conflicts.

We are honoured to welcome three guest speakers, each with their own connection, perspective, and expertise regarding our topic.

Adam Moe Fejerskov

Adam Moe Fejerskov is a senior-researcher within Sustainable Development and Governance. He currently holds the positions of Editor Responsible under the Press Law for both periodicals: Progress in Development Studies and Saumfundsøkonomen.

Fejerskov involves himself in the global manifestations and consequences of equality.

He has published several books, in both Danish and English, revolving around new technology, humanitarian ambitions and global development such as: Will Corrupting (2025, MIT Press) and Kan ny teknologi redde verden? (2021, Informations Forlag). Moreover, he is the coordinator of DIIS Tech where he places research within Technology and International Politics as a key-priority for the institute.

Jesper Nymark

Jesper Nymark is the Director and Chief-editor of Danwatch. Danwatch is a media independent from any political, governmental and private interests. Its unbiased journalism seeks to investigate violation of human-rights and the environment. Their work is done globally, with a strong collaboration with local journalist.

Martin Rosenkilde Pedersen

"Danmission is an international faith-based development organisation. Danmission works to foster peace, promote justice, and support sustainable development in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Martin Rosenkilde Pedersen is International Director in Danmission. He holds a Master in Human Rights Law from Faculty of Law, Århus University and a Master in Political Science and Communication from Roskilde University Center. He has previously worked for the UN Population Fund, Danish Church Aid, International Red Cross and Danish Institute for Political Parties and Democracy."
